Step-by-step instructions on how to to join Kiwi/Canada Bed and Breakfast Hosts
Listings on this referral site are restricted to members of http://canadabbhosts.yuku.com/
To become a member, go there first, join the Yuku community. You may then participate in Canada's (and New Zealand's) only on-line forum exclusively for owner-in-residence bed and breakfast hosts.
Membership includes a listing of, and direct link to, your property on the pages of this public site. Active participation in the Chat Board is not required of membership, but is the major benefit to membership.
Canada/KiwiBBHosts is an on-line community dedicated to Canadian and New Zealand owner-in-residence Bed and Breakfast hosts. The forum is private, and only qualifying applications will be accepted.
Now, it's not really complicated, so don't let the length of the following confuse or deter you from joining the fun. We're just going to give you the Step By Step instructions for joining, so you won't have any trouble.
Please print these instructions and come on board.1.Click here to reach the Yuku log in page. Click on the SIGN UP button at the top of the page.
2. Complete the form.
3. Select User Name and an Avatar photo
Please pick a User Name that reflects the name of your B&B. It is not case sensitive. For example, if your B&B is called "A Beautiful Bed and Breakfast Retreat", you will probably find that User Name "beautiful" is already taken, but you can easily add BB or BnB to create a unique User Name, or include more of your name ("BeautifulResort") or town ("BeautifulVictoria") .
The Avatar Photo step may be skipped, and completed or changed later. But if you have a photo of either yourself OR of your Bed and Breakfast on your computer, click Browse, locate the photo, and click Select.
Click on Finish. Allow a few moments for Yuku to verify the uniqueness of your User Name, and to upload your Avatar.

This is the easiest step. Just hit the Later button:

Okay, so this step is really easy too. Just click on the "Back to CanadaBBHosts" link.
You can always play with the Navigation button later.
6. Apply for Membership
You are already a member of YuKu (wasn't that easy!) - now you need to apply to join Canada/Kiwi BB Hosts. It's as easy as hitting the "Apply for Membership" button here.
But FIRST you MUST include a note to the Administrator that clearly gives
- the URL of your Bed and Breakfast
- a phone number and
- your e-mail address
- your phone number
And then send an e-mail to welcome@canadabbhosts.com to let us know you're knocking at the gate. Please include your Visa or MasterCard information in this e-mail (for extra security, you can send part of the number to cast@stage-door.org and we'll patch them together later)
7. That's it!
Watch for an e-mail from Yuku Team [staff@mgr1.yuku.com] with the subject line: yuku.com account validation instructions. Follow the instructions in that note (it just asks you to click on a link to validate your request for an account).
If you sent that e-mail to us with your CCard details as requested in Step 6 above, then we'll process your application as soon as possible, send you a receipt, and open the gate.
We'll also add your property to the provincial lists (please send us a 25-word description) and be in touch with you on the many other benefits of membership in CBBH.
