CanadaBBHosts offers two different private access members-only resources.

1. The Yuku CBBH support chat forum. You may click here to go there.

If you are a member, and are having trouble getting logged into the chat forum, please see the notes below.

2. The CBBH Member Zone Archives.

The Member Zone Archives is open to all Members of Canada Bed and Breakfast Hosts, and is a library of documents, procedures, FAQs, and illustrations discussed on the CanadaBBHosts ezBoard. It also contains a Membership List, and the current Accommodation Bank members and account levels.

The MemberZone Archives password is posted on the private chat forum, at http://canadabbhosts.yuku.com/topic/3509, under the Forum entitled The Moderator Speaks. If you are already logged in, you may be able to reach that thread directly by clicking here.

Note: The MemberZone Archives password required here, to access the MemberZone, is not the same personal Yuku password required to access your Yuku Account. Only you and Yuku know the Yuku password, and it is unique to your account. The Member Zone Archives password is known to all Members and is the same for all Members.

Members: Having trouble logging onto Yuku? Here are the tools that might help you:

Your Userid is available from the Membership List (You can find the Membership List by entering the MemberZone password into the box above). If you have forgotten the MemberZone password, send us an e-mail. We will e-mail you the current MemberZone password.

If you have forgotten your Yuku password, then look for the text link on the Yuku Login bar at the top of the Yuku page that says, Forget Password?. Click it and follow the instructions. Yuku will e-mail your ezBoard password to you. We do not know what that is, so don't ask us! If you do not get a password e-mail from ezBoard within 10 minutes, then it means your ezBoard Account does not have your correct e-mail address registered. Please send us an e-mail to report this.

Please try to understand the heirarchy of Yuku. It is a huge collection of hundreds of various Boards, of which CanadaBBHosts is one. To access CBBHosts, you must first be logged onto your Yuku Account. From there, you may visit many other Boards of your choosing. Some of those boards, including CBBHosts, are MBA (Membership By Approval) only. You do not need a separate password to access CBBHosts, but you had to apply once, and your userid must have been approved by the Moderator (owner) of CanadaBBHosts. If you do not log out of CBBHosts when you leave, you wil generally be able to return immediately without logging on, if you use the same computer. There is no need to log out, unless another CBBHosts Member will be using your computer.

Yuku suffers occasional fatigue, and may not be accessible when you are! Please wait a few minutes and try again. Our Yuku has been down for as long as 8 hours at a stretch, once.

Do NOT try to register again and apply for membership again at CBBHosts if you already have a userid. Send us an email first and we'll try just about everything else to get you back on, before we resort to a second membership.

Please e-mail us again if you have exhausted all these efforts and still can't get on. Please describe what you have tried, and how far you got.

Tell us if you got to the chat board, could read the other Member postings, but could not post anything yourself -- this means your membership has been accidentally suspended, and we can fix that.

If you find you have been banned from the CBBHosts ezBoard, but have NOT received a personal message from the Moderator, then it is probably a mistake. Yuku occassionally glitches and bans Members for no apparent reason. Send us an e-mail and we will fix it, or verify that indeed your membership has been discontinued. Please review the Membership Criteria on the Join Us page. If your membership has been discontinued, you will receive personal confirmation of that, but no explanation will be given. Please look at the Member List (accessible by entering the MemberZone by logging in above); if your name is still there, they you are still with us!

Please include your Userid AND your Yuku password. You may change your password again later after your problem has been solved.
