Almond-raisin granola

Nonstick veg. spray
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
6 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup golden raisins

Method:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Lightly spray rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray
Toss oats and next three ingredients in large bowl.
Whisk next 5 ingredients until blended, then pour over oat mixture and blend well until damp throughout.
Transfer to baking sheet, bake until evenly brown stirring occasionally. (about 1 hour and 15 min.)
Cool and transfer to large bowl. Add raisins.

Can be made 1 week ahead of time. Store in airtight container.

I have made it using sunflower seeds, and had to toss part of it out as the sunflower seeds went rancid. I would pack in small quantities and freeze next time I use the seeds!
