1 crushed garlic clove
1 tsp. finely finely sliced preserved lemon rinds
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 salmon steaks
Salt & pepper to taste
Additional Parsley sprigs
and lemon slices for garnish
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Combine garlic, lemon rinds, parsley and olive
oil in a small bowl. Place salmon in baking dish. Season with salt & pepper.
Spread bowl ingredients over top.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with parsley sprigs and
lemon slices and serve.
