Recipes * 4 cups of frozen blueberries
* 1 cup of maple syrup
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* 1/4 tsp each of ground nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom
Directions:
Blueberry Maple Syrup
1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Continue until reduced by half.
Yet another version of something that will brighten a fruit dish, a cobbler, french toast or garnish a plate with a beautiful colour.

I used to do this but wayyyy too sweet so now I use left over orange juice, some sugar and some lemon juice. Not so sweet and the taste of blueberry is even nicer.
