7/8 cup milk
1/8 cup oil
7/8 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Tbs Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries (or 1/3 cup up Banana)
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
1. Heat griddle to 400
2. Beat eggs
3. Stir in milk & oil
4. Add flour, sugar, baking powder & salt
5. Stir just until large lumps disappear
6. Lightly grease griddle
7. Ladle batter onto the hot griddle
8. Cook until bubbles form and edges start to dry
9. Turn and cook other side
