slice strawberries on the bottom of an individual broil-proof dish. Top with
a dollop of creme fraiche/sour cream/yogurt or sour cream and yogurt mixture.
Then, sprinkle with some sugar.
Broil till the sugar melts and the strawberries are warmed.
