RecipesMicrowave 375 gm pkt chocolate melts with 2 cups cream till melted. Stir & cool for 5 mins
Whizz 1pkt Cameo cream biscuits, add 2 tabs of the choc cream & press in base of a 20cm round tin.
Whip 1 cup cream fold in rest of choc cream & pour 1 cup of this over the
base.
Roughly chop another packet of cameo creams sprinkle a layer on cake repeat
these two layers finishing with creamy layer
Cover with cling wrap & chill at least 12 hours (can also be frozen at this stage which is what I do)
Serve with cream etc,
I always have this ready in the freezer for unexpected quests.
