2 quarts popcorn -- plain popped
1 egg white -- lightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt -- optional
In a small bowl, mix egg white, sugar, cinnamon and salt if desired. Pour over popcorn and mix thoroughly.
Place popcorn mixture in a large baking pan or roaster, and bake at 300 F for 20 minutes.
Let cool. Store in an airtight container. (If it lasts that long.)
