Ambleside Inn's Cranberry Sauce

3 1/2 Cups of Fresh Cranberries
3/4 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Water
Grated Peel of 1 Lemon
1 tsp of Lemon Juice
Cinnamon to Taste

1. Place cranberries in a large bowl
2. Stir in remaining ingredients
3. Microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring and mashing berries twice
4. Reduce power to 30% and microwave for 8 minutes or until tender, stirring twice
5. Cool. Sauce thickens as it cools.
