Creamed Eggs & Ham on Toast

4 Hard Cooked Eggs
3 Tbs Butter
3 Tbs Flour
1 3/4 Cups of Milk
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar
1/2 Cup of Finely Chubed Cooked Ham


1. Slice hard cooked eggs
2. Warm cooked ham
3. Melt butter on high in microwave for 1 minute
4. Wisk in flour
5. Stir in milk
6. Microwave on medium for 5 minutes, stirring 3 times, to thicken sauce
7. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese
8. Fold in sliced eggs and ham
9. Serve on warm toast
10. Sprinkle with paprika

Serves 4
