Creme Fraiche

I cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sour cream

Mis together well, put in a bowl & loosely cover. Stand on kitchen counter in a warmish place (not in direct sun). Leave on counter for 24 hours or longer until thickened. Put into a bowl & tightly cover with Saran etc. Refrigerate ( mixture will get even thicker) until needed.

Will keep at least 2 weeks in fridge
