1 1/4 cups
water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups white bread flour
2 - 3 tsp
dry yeast
Put in machine in order as listed. Use white/wheat powdered milk setting (if you have that one).
I have not tried the dough setting with
this yet and baking in oven, but I think it would be fabulous if shaped in the
traditional long French bread shape. When baked in the breadmaker I cut cut the
loaf up into slices, and then cut again to be able to use for pate and cheese,
so good!

This is the one I've been eating every day now.
1
1/4 cups milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3
1/2 cups white bread flour
3/4 cup raisins
2 - 3 tsp dry yeast
Put in machine in order listed. Use raisin fresh milk program. I don't have a buzzer so I just put in raisins after the first cycle, about 10 - 12 minutes. You can put in right away but the raisins will not be whole.
Powdered milk variation:
1
1/8 cups water
1 tbsp powdered milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 1/2 cups white bread flour
3/4 cup raisins
2
- 3 tsp dry yeast
You can do this overnight, they suggest that you put the
yeast in the center of the flour (as usual) and the raisins on top of the flour
as well, but not touching the yeast, around the edge of the pan (the raisins would
swell up too much if left in the water overnight).
