savoury muffin style breakfast treat

Feijoa and Ginger Muffins


Here is a good one to try

2 cups flour
4tsp baking powder
3/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
100gms melted butter
3 feijoas
1/2 cup diced crystalized ginger
2tsp ground ginger


Mix dry ingredients together. Add diced fruit. Combine milk and egg in shaker add to dry with melted butter. Combine till moist. Put into 12 muffin pan. Bake at 210 for 16 mins until golden.
