Use 1 ltre of pineapple juice,
1 14 oz tin of chunk pineapple, juice included.
Cut peaches into the juice in bite size peices. When you think it is as thick as you want it, place in containers and freeze. I use tupperware or rubbermaid about 4 cup size. You could use jars if you don't fill them right up.
When you want to use it, thaw a container overnight and add any fresh fruit available. Grapes, bannanas, oranges, melon, strawberries, whatever you like or have on hand.
You may want to drain some of the juice off of this mixture before you serve it. It gives a nice fresh fruit salad in the middle of winter, or any other time you serve it. Great to have on hand.
