1 cup ultralight Cool Whip
1 cup skim milk
1 pkg sugar free/fat free Vanilla instant Jell-O pudding
mix Cool Whip and skim milk then whisk in Jell-O .
I made it the night before and then it was quite stiff for breakfast, just whisked in some more milk. I think you can almost double the milk to get a very nice consistency.
One girl said, forget about eggs for me, I'll just have more fruit. This young
couple stayed 2 nights and this is the first time in a long time that my fruit
bowl was emptied at br.f. on both days.
So it's a keeper.
