Fruit Coulis

... is a thick pureed form of almost any fruit. For some of the berries I prefer to bring to a boil put them in the blender before I press them through a seive as they separate from the seeds easier.

Also I add 1 Tblsp. Lemon/orange/lime juice and 1 Tbsp berry sugar/ maple syrup while cooking and 1 tsp. vanilla after cooking.

Put it in a squeeze bottle and into the fridge. It will keep a week or two if kept cold.
