Preheat oven to 375
Roll 1 pastry sheet of puffed pastry on a lightly floured board into a square.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Djon mustard
250 gr of shreded cheddar
4 to 5 slices deli ham
Spread mustard over pastry square,top with cheese and slices of ham.
Roll pastry and wet edges to seal..Cover and refrigerate 20 min.
Cut each roll crosswise and place on baking sheets with parchment paper.Bake
15 min or until golden brown.
Sometimes I crumble in boiled broccolli or mix different cheeses.
