RecipesThought I might share this recipe. It is one that I've modified a little and found it pretty simple and quick to make.
2 Cups quick oats
2/3 Cup chopped walnuts
1/3 Cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/3 Cup dried cranberries
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup honey
1/4 Cup canola oil
1. Preheat oven to 300
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Spread on cookie sheet
4. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
5. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container
This is great on top of warm chunky applesauce.
