Here's my current favorite
1 T Tahini
1/4 cup pumpkins seeds (raw)
1/4 Cup lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Sunflower oil
1 T Tamari
Combine in a food processor and serve with field greens, spinach, tomato, cucumber
and red onion. It is a bit thick but tastes healthy!
