asparagus (bottoms trimmed
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or butter, melted
1
Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1.
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Arrange asparagus in a single layer in a large
shallow roasting pan or half sheet pan. Drizzle the oil or butter and lemon juice
over the asparagus and roll to coat evenly. Season generously with salt and pepper.
3.
Roast for about 15 minutes until the asparagus is tender and ligtly browned.
Serve
hot.
You can also pan fry the asparagus in butter and ginger. Or BBQ
it.
