Boil one cup orange juice, one cup sugar and a slice of peeled ginger for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup of orange liqueur.
Use a spoonful over fruit garnish, or a cup of it with some blue/black/rasp/whatever
berries for a crepe filling. Marinade fresh fruit overnight. Pour over mashed
potatoes. Okay, so I lied about the potatoes.
