Early departures, never go away hungry. Here is a collection of some of our members' Breakfasts To Go
Anne's Oceanfront Hideaway
The bag brekkie contains:
2 plastic spoons
4 napkins (paper)
2 plastic knives
2 wet wipes
2 strawberry jam
2 peanut butter
4 - 2 types of baking (previously frozen) e.g., cinnamon buns & muffins
2 juice boxes
2 fruit cups (e.g., Applesauce/raspberry mix)
or if we have been notified ahead, and in the summer, we keep small yougurt
on hand.
We stock their fruit tray with a banana, apple, orange (and some grapes if available) so they can take that along.
We put a 4 cup coffee maker in the room and give them styrofoam cups and lids
with cream and sugar,
plus we put regular mugs in case they wish to drink coffee while they get ready.
We bought some stryofoam conainers that close so we will use them this year.

For our early take out breakfasts, we usually have the following for each person:
1) 2 juice boxes (one frozen)
2) a kaiser bun with egg salad and black forest ham
3) a piece of fruit (or 2 - depends on size)
4) a granola bar or muffin
5) a babybel cheese
6) a wet wipe
7) 2 napkins
something cute - a piece of gum, a choclolate, a joke, just whatever strikes my fancy that they might like.
If they are not checking out, I put it in one of our two-person coolers to
stay fresh. If they are checking out,
it goes in a plastic lunch bag (school lunch type - never seems to fit in paper
bag). If I know they have large appetites,
I put in an extra kaiser bun and maybe vary the filling.
