St Valentine's Day Menus

Pomme d'AmourStart with a dark or coloured plate and a valentine paper cut out. Sprinkle icing sugar around the outside of the heart shape. Remove.
Add two crepes inside the heart with raspberry filling just spilling out.
With a heart cutter, find some smoked lox and put tiny lox hearts around the crepes to decorate.
Cranberry juice in champagne glasses with a bit of gingerale or lemongrass for punch.
An exotic fruit plate with pomegranate, those red fruits with all the red seeds.

To Serve
Warm the Red Pepper sauce and pool 1/4 onto a plate. Add 1/4 of the hot polenta
hearts. Garnish with fresh thyme.
Serve with sausage.
