The night before, or earlier:
Prepare
Martha's Magic Marinade (2 cups)
Basic Crepes
That morning:
Bring one cup of MMM to the boil in saucepan
Add one cup (more or less) frozen Mixed Berries, or leftover berries of any
kind
Simmer to heat through.
Add 1/4 cup at a time of MMM to heated skillet. Add butter if desired.
Dredge one crepe at a time through the heated sauce in skillet, to warm and
glaze. Use fingers to grip crepe, but keep them out of sauce!
Transfer to working plate, nice side down.
Spoon on a tablespoon or two of berry sauce.
Roll into flute-shaped crepe.
Repeat with next two crepes, onto (by-now-messy) working plate..
Slide three rolled crepes onto clean serving dish.
Drizzle with sauce, top with fresh berries if available, dust with powdered sugar.
Serve with sausage and melon garnish.
