Serves 2
1/4 lb. Candy Smoked Salmon
1/2 sliced red pepper
mixed field greens
1/2 pkg. Goats cheese, crumbled
Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 1/2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
Whisk the ingredients together in the order listed, adding oil slowly at the
end. I use a blender and it thickens slightly.
