Pesto

Zip your leftover parsley (have even used fresh spinach) into the food processor, add
1 or 2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsps walnuts, pecans or pinenuts
1/2 cup olive oil
s & p to taste
1 Tbsp dried basil or 1/2 cup or so fresh basil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese & presto...Pesto Sauce.
It's actually very good with pasta or even on a baked potato.
