Make batter the night before.
1 pk active dry yeast
1/4 c warm water
1 3/4 c lukewarm milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/4 c margarine, softened
2 c allpurpose flour
In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Cover; let rise
in warm place 1 and a half hours.
Stir down batter. Cover again; refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
Stir down batter. Pour onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops.
The smell is AMAZING.
