Hebden House Red Pepper Jelly

3 large red peppers
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 tspn cayenne pepper
1 bottle or 2 puches certo

Puree peppers, add 1/2 vinegar & puree until smooth.

Transfer to saucepan, add remaining vinegar, sugar & cayenne pepper

Bring to a rolling boil, add certo & boil for 1 minute.

Skim & put into jars.

YUMMY !!
