2 Cups Rhubarb, washed and cut in 1 inch pieces
1-2 Apples, sliced
1/8 Cup Orange Juice
1/3 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Raisons
Brown Sugar and Cinnamon, to taste
French Vanilla Yogurt (optional)
1. Combine Rhubarb, apple, orange juice & white Sugar in 1.5 litre microwavable casserole dish
2. Microwave on high for 7 minutes or until tender
3. Add raisons
4. Add brown sugar and cinnamon to taste and mix well
5. Compote will thicken as it cools
6. Serve warmed or cold, topped with french vanilla yogurt
