1 or 2 cans salmon (use red not pink)
1 Phillie cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp liquid smoke (I often forget)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Mix well, shape into a round or log. The walnuts and parsley go on the outside.
***tip: while you're shopping, choose a strong cheese and make the same as
above without the salmon. Shape it differently...new appie.
