1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water, wine or saki
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp ginger, grated
3 tbsp oil
20 to 30 minutes to marinate the fish (we use it as a marinade for tuna, salmon
or any whitefish. It tastes different on each.)
