Salmon Scramble Wrap

serves 4 people
4 - 10" flour tortillas (Warm)
1 Cup Shredded aged Cheddar Cheese

4 tablespoons butter, melted in large skillet

In a large bowl:
8 eggs beaten

Add:
1/4 cup milk (or cream)
1 tsp. dill (dried)
1 tsp. fresh Rosemary
1/cup button mushrooms - finely chopped
1/3 cup Smoked Salmon finely chopped

Pour into skillet on medium heat. Stir until cooked yet creamy.

Spread one quarter of cooked mixture on warm wrap sprinkle with cheese. Roll leaving ends open. Cut in half.
Repeat until all four are rolled and cut.

Arrange two halves on each place sprinkle with cheese and top with Dill or Rosemary sprig. For color add red and green pepper slices with salsa on the side.
