Recipes 3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Pour over meat. Refridgerate for 1-3 days
OR Refridgerate for 6-8 hrs and leave for one hour at room temp before cooking.

(If I am making this for company, I usually leave it marinading for two full days) because I usually have a really good cut, but you can get away with cheaper cuts and produce excellent results with this. It really is good!
