Recipesingredients:
1 lb. large, raw shrimp
1/2 spanish onion, sliced thinly
canola oil
cayenne pepper
thyme
pepper
two cloves of garlic, chopped
baby greens, enough for 6 salads
seafood cocktail sauce
method:
Drizzle small amount of oil over shelled, raw shrimp, sprinkle liberally with spices, mix well to coat shrimp, and let marinate for a while.
Arrange baby greens on individual salad plates.
Heat two or three tbsp. oil in large pan, add onion, and saute until just translucent.
Turn heat to high, add shrimp, and stir-fry just until shrimp turn pink and are cooked. (3 to 5 min.)
Spoon shrimp mixture, incl. juices over salad greens, add a dollop of cocktail sauce, and serve immediately!

Shrimp, when marinated like this, are also delish put on skewers and bbq'd.
