Walnut & Honey Buns

Breadmaker Recipe

1 1/4 cups water
2 tbspn oil
3 tbspn honey
1 tspn salt
3 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 tspn yeast

process on dough cycle.

roll dough out into a long thin oblong

spread honey over surface, add crushed walnuts & a sprinkle of brown sugar
Roll up to form a long thin sausage shape & cut into 12 slices (should look like pinwheels)

lightly grease a baking dish & arrange pieces side by side not quite touching. leave to rise for 40 mins or until doubled in size.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx 25 minutes.

melt 1 tbspn honey with 1 tbspn butter & brush over the buns while still warm

forget the calories - enjoy.......
