Wheat and Yogurt or Sour Cream Bread

1 1/2 lb loaf

1 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream.
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. dry milk powder
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast

I find the sour cream is a nicer moister loaf, but try it both ways and find out how you like it.

I usually add about 2 Tbsp. flax seed to make it look nice. I have used more whole wheat or multi grain flour instead of so much white flour. It still needs some white to make it a lighter loaf. As long as the total flour stays the same it seems to be okay. This really rises (usually) so that's why I only use the 1 1/2 lb loaf.
